Bandsägemaschine, IMET – Typ KS 450


  • Halbautomatische Bandsäge mit hydraulischem Betrieb. Geeignet für Metallprofile. Gehrungsschnitte bis 60° links und rechts. Selbsthaltung in den Positionen 45°, 0°, 45°. Sägebandführungen aus Hartmetall. Hauptschalter mit Vorhängeschloss, Not-Aus-Schalter. Automatische Kontrolle des Schnittanfang- und Schnittendpunktes durch Mikroschalter. Abwärtsgeschwindigkeit und Abwärtsdruck des Bügels können reguliert werden. Die Säge stoppt sofort falls das Blatt reisst oder die Blattspannung zu niedrig ist. Es befinden sich auf beiden Seiten der Maschine 500mm breite Stützrollen. Der hydraulische Spannstock kann quer auf der Arbeitsplatte verschoben werden. Sägebandreinigung mittels mitlaufender Bürste. Herausziehbarer Behälter für Späne und Elektropumpe für das Kühlwasser.
